Nearly $3 million dollars has been invested in developing our innovative Sheet Metal Fabrication Facility. From large-scale projects that require extensive detail and planning, to small same-day projects, our 45,000 square foot production facility is designed for maximum efficiency.

Our CAD/CAM software enables us to produce fabrications timely and with utmost accuracy, and our Sheet Metal Plasma Arc Cutting Machine can cut duct fittings at 350 inches per minute. Each fitting is assembled by Union employees, with craftsmanship that is backed by the best international/local sheet metal training. All straight duct is completely automated - from raw coil stock through the roll forming automation production process, our material is leveled, sheared, beaded, seamed, formed and even insulated where specified. All duct is tagged and documented with computer labels to ensure quick and efficient proper assembly and installation.

PIPING FABRICATION

Our Piping Fabrication Facility can fabricate up to 24" diameter steel or special metal piping, specializing in all types of piping systems. As a full service Mechanical Contractor, we offer complete systems for steam, hot water, chilled water, process piping, refrigeration and plumbing fabrication.
