The Project Managers on staff at Scalise Industries ensure each project is handled with precision from mobilization to completion. All Project Managers are knowledgeable in the unique business of construction and are well versed in specification. They work closely with the other trades to make the entire project run smoothly. Weekly meetings provide upper management a communication link with the field and project status reporting that keeps the project running smoothly. Our best defense is our strong offensive management approach. We tackle problems before they become costly.
With our computerized system of tracking purchase orders, shop drawings, labor and change orders; in addition to our labor and material cost controls, coordination and scheduling processes, we are confident in our ability to manage any project scope. The ability of our Project Managers to use our Estimating Department and their system to disseminate the piping, sheet metal material and labor in almost any fashion, greatly enhances control of each project discipline. Our project control and planning is designed to minimize the most uncertain part of our business "LABOR". The symbiotic relationship of labor and management actually prospers when project controls are set via short-term goals, feedback, incentives and support.
The Project Manager composes the overall management "Plan" for his project, using the Scalise Industries computerized system and tracking programs available to him. Ideas and project labor cost controls, as well as scheduling, also combine in orchestrating the "Plan". The eventual implementation of the "Plan", in a process oriented and process controlled environment, focuses everyone's efforts to the common goal.
